Multi-platform mobile app - Prosthetics sector
Available worldwide for Android and iOS, used by several hundred clinics around the globe.
The company's main sales channel, it allows clinics to easily perform a technical order process. Without the need for a 3D scanner and using photogrammetry techniques and low-cost devices, the clinic can provide precise patient information, from which a custom cover for their prosthetic leg is manufactured, providing better alignment to their lifestyle through attractive designs and materials suitable for different activities, and recreating the geometry of their healthy leg on the prosthetic one.
The app, in addition to being multi-platform from a single codebase, has solved various technical challenges, such as full integration with ERP business processes, fast synchronization of a large number of heavy photos, and a wizard-guided order process that dynamically adapts to centrally established configurations and requirements.
After order generation, the app integrates the entire lifecycle, including pre-check phase, mockup validation (preview of the final design to be manufactured), product delivery tracking, as well as RMA/Claims management.
Complete Odoo deployment - Prosthetics Sector
Consulting, Implementation & Customization for the platform.
Analysis and definition of business processes and implementation of the Odoo ERP for the digitalization of the entire organization, in an international company dedicated to manufacturing customized accessories for prostheses using industrial additive manufacturing.
Initial situation: entire company managed with spreadsheets. Final situation: Defined, efficient, and productive business processes, hundreds of customizations, and numerous automations.
The implementation covers every business area: purchasing, pricing, sales, production/manufacturing, warehouse control, customer management/CRM, E-Commerce, project management, Documentation, Time Control, Vacation and Absence Management, HR, RMA/Claims, Shipping, ...
The solution had a progressive implementation process with zero business downtime, including data migrations, transitional tools, training, and integration with various legacy systems.
Automatic update of assortments and prices on fresh scales - retail sector
Massive synchronization system of millions of records per day, for all scales in 150+ stores (average of 5 to 8 scales per store).
For this project, reverse engineering was performed on the manufacturer's data loading solutions to streamline the process and synchronize data at high speeds with transactional control.
The synchronizations govern the entire checkout of perishable products, determining price, ingredient list, allergens, and all visible information on labels.
In addition to complete granular control of store pricing for fresh products, this service allows the company to make real-time price changes in stores at any time of day; also enabling adding/replacing scales or even setting up entire stores in minutes.
End-to-end Electronic Shelf Label (ESL) Solution - retail sector
Project led and executed from start to finish, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
Massive use of electronic ink-based electronic labels in 150+ stores, in fresh products sections or those with high price rotation. Some stores were equipped with ESLs for 100% of the assortment.
Thousands of labels connected per store, operating in unison, with the ability to change design and pricing centrally and incorporate real product traceability information.
Custom integration with central services, coordinating ESL pricing with daily POS assortment updates, paper signage, etc.
Price updates are reflected on store labels in seconds.
Own app for pairing physical label with product, available to store managers, without dependence on technical personnel.
Considered a pioneering project in retail chains in southern Spain.
Mobile store management APP - retail sector
Native Android app, used in 150+ stores, for managing requests and tracking provisioning (products requests to central), pricing, traceability, and general store operations.
Managing extensive assortments with thousands of references, the app has full integration with central services, providing store managers with provisioning suggestions based on real stock and real/projected sales, orders customization, products reception and batch management for perishable products.
Through the app, it is also possible to query assortment data from barcodes, check stock, and make inventory adjustments.
The entire device fleet is managed centrally with Soti MDM, from which devices are auto-configured, apps and their updates are deployed.
Product/pricing synchronization to stores, retail sector
Advanced synchronization system for product definitions and prices from central to stores for a major supermarket company.
The synchronization automates the provision of assortment, pricing, and particular sales conditions for each store, with high data flow and low latencies, automatic retry systems, and process observability.
The system synchronizes multiple times a day (scheduled or on-demand) each business in seconds to 150+ stores, coordinating several million update records per day.
The update system is core to the business, providing sales conditions data for checkout POS terminals, assortment and price on scales in fresh sections (fruit, bakery, fish, ...), and all store signage (paper/electronic price tags, promotional signage, ....).
Web crawling service for the retail sector
Multi-threaded application that automatically retrieves competitor pricing for decision-making and commercial strategy definition, especially in the e-commerce environment.
Discord Bot - Meta VR Referral
Custom Discord bot with full integration into Meta's VR ecosystem referral program. The bot provides a set of conversational commands through which a user can request a referral for purchasing VR headsets, apps, and games with a discount; allowing the community to provide said referral for mutual benefit.
The bot has some advanced features for complete referral lifecycle management, through confirmation mechanisms, rejection in case of failure, and cooldowns for the offeror, facilitating equitable distribution of opportunities in the community.
Probably the first bot of these characteristics in the world; after this one and given its success, similar clones have been created in other communities.
Discord Bot - Destiny 2 integration
Custom bot with Bungie API integration, through which community users link their Bungie account to Discord, and the bot provides updated information on character class, power level, and specialization, as well as other additional functions.

Creation of corporate website, music players, e-commerce, and various specialized social media management tools, for several record labels and music groups.
B2B Portal for the Public Sector
Submission, Awarding, Execution, and Delivery of public tender, for the creation of a B2B Intranet/Extranet platform for companies, including various services such as company profiles, product catalogs, communication, and management software.
At the time, it was considered one of the first marketplaces with certified accessibility.
The project presentation was conducted jointly with the ONCE, and during it, a visually impaired person used the platform live to create a complete order.
